On products displaying our price promise, we guarantee that we are the cheapest supplier in the UK.
We are so confident of this that in the event of you finding the same product available cheaper within 14 days of your purchase we will refund the difference AND give you a £5 gift voucher!
In the unlikely event you find a product advertised online cheaper, let us know where and we WILL beat it!
Unlike many of our competitors, our Guaranteed low prices are not supplemented by hidden uplifted delivery charges. We utilise an advanced Delivery calculater using several Logistics specialists such as FedEx, DHL, Parcel Force, Royal Mail etc. Dependant on your address, and the size/weight of the items you have ordered, a selection of the most cost effective delivery services will be displayed for your selection. You only pay for the delivery service you need at the price it costs us, not a penny more.
The cost difference for fast track delivery will be refunded in the event of stock not being available for immediate delivery and in the event of an order being split for delivery any additional delivery cost will be paid by us.
We aim to dispatch as soon as possible, however for non-stock and special order items you should allow 28 days. We will notify you by email shortly after receiving your order of the expected date of despatch and email again once your goods have been dispatched. If you have not received a dispatched order within 5 working days from notification please make contact with us and we can find out what's gone wrong. You can track the progress of your order online via your account facility.
For orders over £250 standard 5-7 day delivery is free.
Happy customers are the most important thing to the us at Cameras4Me. We hope you will be completely satisfied with every product purchased from us. However, should you need to return an item to us we aim to make it as fast and unproblematic as possible using our automated online returns facility. Any item may be returned to us within 28 days from the date of receipt for a full refund (less postage costs), as long as it remains unused and in as new condition, with all packaging and labels intact.
When returning goods due to incorrect sizing, and where a replacement is required, please place a new order on the Cameras4Me website for the correct size replacement goods first. This ensures that the goods can be despatched with the minimum of delay to you, our customer. You should then follow the normal returns procedure to return the incorrect goods for refund.
In the unlikely event a product you purchased from Cameras4Me is faulty when delivered please contact us on email@example.com or telephone 01603 485000 between 10:00am and 5.00pm Tuesday to Saturday. Please have your order number ready, together with details of the fault and we will then advise you how to proceed.
Where a product develops a fault after use and the manufacturer offer a warranty covering that fault, you will in some cases need to deal directly with the relevant manufacturer. If you need assistance with this, please contact us and we will give you as much help as possible and, where required, details of how to return the product direct to the relevant manufacturer.
All goods should be returned using our online RMA facility.
When returning goods please ensure our RMA procedure is followed:
Use our online RMA procedure to request an RMA authorisation.
Once your RMA has been authorised print of the documentation provided by the RMA facility.
Return the items specified in the RMA request via an insured, traceable service (it is advisable to make a note of any tracking numbers and your original order number in case they are Required),
Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Please ensure the RMA documentation is included within the package to be returned.
PLEASE NOTE - We will not accept deliveries that are not displaying a valid RMA number. Please ensure that the RMA confirmation number is clearly visible on the outside of the package to be returned.
Return mail fees
Return mail fees cannot be refunded to you unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by Cameras4Me or the goods received deemed as faulty. In either of these events we will be happy to refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order. Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your card.
